Week One

MONDAY

Breakfast- pumpkin waffles
Snack- deviled eggs
Lunch- cheesy beef and rice
Snack- peanut butter and apples
Supper- chicken veggie quesadillas
Snack- yogurt and granola

TUESDAY

Breakfast- breakfast sandwich
Snack- Oranges and string cheese
Lunch- wrapped hot dogs and cucumbers
Snack- tortilla chips with avocado dip
Supper- Hamburgers, coleslaw, buns

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast- oatmeal, applesauce
Snack- shaved ice *
Lunch- pizza pockets
Snack- english muffins
Supper- chicken, gravy, veggies, biscuits
Snack- graham crackers and milk

*good way to get some fruit, just not sure how filling it'll be....

THURSDAY

Breakfast- scrambled eggs, potatoes
Snack- pumpkin muffins
Lunch- BLT's
Snack- frozen chocolate covered bananas
Supper- hamburg and gravy, mashed potatoes, peas
Snack- cold cereal

FRIDAY

Breakfast- pancakes
Snack- plums and cheese nips
Lunch- egg salad sandwiches, pretzels, apple slices
Snack- mudballs
Supper- chicken noodle soup, rolls
Snack- 1/2 bagel, cream cheese
