Week Two

MONDAY

Breakfast- applesauce bread, fried eggs
Snack- cheese nips, plums
Lunch- quesadillas, salsa
Snack- peanut butter balls
Supper- garlic chicken pasta
Snack- cold cereal

TUESDAY

Breakfast- waffles
Snack- apples, pretzels
Lunch- tacos
Snack- mudballs
Supper- scalloped potatoes, crockpot meatloaf, veggies
Snack-1/2 bagel, cream cheese

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast- breakfast casserole (without the meat)
Snack- granola bars
Lunch- corn dog muffins, apple slices
Snack- pretzels, oranges
Supper- BBQ chicken, buns, veggies (I triple the BBQ sauce recipe, put the chicken in the crockpot and pour the sauce over it. After the chicken is tender I shred it with a fork and let it cook a while longer. We put it in between bread and eat like a sandwich.)
Snack- chocolate chocolate chip muffins

THURSDAY

Breakfast- oatmeal and applesauce
Snack- tortilla chips and avocado dip
Lunch- grilled cheese and tomato soup*
Snack- apples and peanut butter
Supper- sloppy joes, salad
Snack- graham crackers and milk

*I tried this homemade tomato soup but no one really liked it. It did look really cool though cooking in the crockpot and I felt very "suzie homemaker-ish". :) Anyway, I have a bunch in the freezer that I will hopefully find a recipe to use it IN instead of just eating it as a soup.
